The future...

similar to the past, generally

Having worked in media and online for sometime now all I can really observe is the more it changes the more it stays the same.

Fashions may come and go but many principles (of the law) for example, remain the same and rarely if ever do we see seismic change.

Many people would no doubt be singularly alarmed if we all woke up to a world where the majority of people weren’t oppressed and down trodden but there is no reason for good governments not to try. Waffling on about stopping ‘small boats’ for years on end is probably not the answer to all our woes no matter how much some would like to think it must be!

Anyway I sit here warm and dry still subject to alarmist messages from which ever institutions of the day still have the most clout. Yes it was a lovely Christmas and the writing (and publishing) couldn't be going better, thanks!

If someone would like to tell me the name of the painter who created these images I will give credit where it is due but believe it or not they have somehow found their way into the cloud storage of my computer. I fancy they will make good book covers in due course. Maybe for Shirley and Mandy’s world…if I do a special duology edition.

They might even be A.I - frightful I know.
